2019 - Present

Entrepreneurship 

My journey in tech entrepreneurship began with an e-commerce side hustle and grew into building startups that push boundaries in health, AI, and immersive technology. From creating Mindleap, the world’s first psychedelic therapy app, to co-founding Novobeing, a VR/MR platform transforming patient care, I’ve built innovative tech, raised millions in funding, and exited ventures that create real impact. Beyond my own companies, I advise and invest in early-stage startups, mentor entrepreneurs, and collaborate with founders shaping the future.

  • Novobeing: Currently serving as Co-Founder & COO, leading an immersive health tech company transforming patient care with XR technology. Our digital therapeutic, validated in clinical trials with partners like Harvard and MGH Hospital, has been shown to reduce anxiety as effectively as antidepressants—without the side effects—helping hospitalized patients heal with greater comfort and ease.

  • Futurpreneur: I am a volunteer at a non-profit mentoring and supporting tools to aspiring entrepreneur owners in Canada.

  • Sofia Capital: My personal platform to invest in transformative startups that improve lives and create lasting impact. Investments include Forage Hyperfood, Canoe Carbon, Above Food, Taiga Motors, Cybin, and others, supporting founders who align with my vision for a better future.

  • Mindleap Health: Founded the world’s first app for psychedelic therapy, integrating telemedicine with behavioural analytics. Raised $500,000 in angel investment, scaled to tens of thousands of users, and attracted 100+ vetted therapists before exiting to a biotech firm within 24 months.

  • Tip Top Gizmos: I launched an e-commerce dropshipping site as my first side hustle, attracting 77,000+ visitors and generating over 1K sales online. Built store, and brand to a combined 9,000+ followers in just six months.

2014 - 2019

Enterprise Sales 

I built my career in enterprise sales, specializing in emerging technologies like business intelligence, data analytics, and cybersecurity. During this time, I developed expertise in strategic selling, relationship management, and navigating complex sales cycles—driving significant revenue growth with Fortune 500 companies, global enterprises, and the Canadian and US governments.

  • D3 Security: Closed a complex enterprise deal with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and developed the company's channel partner program to expand the company’s reach and revenue opportunities.

  • Sophos: Generated over $3.8M in revenue across two years, growing individual sales by 62% YoY and achieving Presidents Club Award for exceptional performance.

  • Qlik: Generated $650,000 in revenue in FY15 with 27% YoY territory growth, achieved 146% software sales quota attainment, and developed $2.5M in new pipeline opportunities while securing high-profile accounts like Volkswagen and the NFL.

2011 - 2014

Direct Sales 

In my early career in direct sales, I built a foundation of results-driven success, excelling in customer acquisition and team leadership. These experiences sharpened my ability to present, communicate, perform under pressure, and consistently deliver results through persistence and a strong work ethic.

  • Ledcor: Built and managed a new sales team selling telecom services, increasing market share by 65% and acquiring 1,800+ new customers through direct sales.

  • Vivint Smart Home: Delivered 57 new customers and $216,000 in revenue within 90 days. Ranked among the top sales reps in Canada.

  • Canadian Property Stars: Generated over 1,000 new customers, ranked in the Top 3 out of 200 reps, achieved 30+ sales in a single day, and broke several sales records.
